Noble Art Of Lesioning

42year old female with complain of right side painful, abnormal turning movement of the head, since 12 years and only pain free duration is during sleep. She also received 5 doses of botox injection in the neck from different neurologist at different intervals, but she got no relief.

We at our institute decided to help her by noble art of lesioning ( left side thalamotomy gpi of contralateral side), such treatment improved the patient condition dramatically. Videos are shared with consent of patient and her husband.
